Zelie Moms ("we", "us", or "our") provides a spiritual companion app and website for Catholic mothers, including scripture, reflections, audio meditations, and community prayer features.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Zelie Moms iOS app, Android app (if available), and website at zeliemoms.base44.app.

Account information: name and email address when you create or sign in to an account.

Profile and community content: information you choose to provide, such as prayer requests or other content you post.

Membership status: whether your account has an active membership, subscription identifiers needed to unlock member content, and related timestamps.

Usage and device information: basic technical data such as app version, device type, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.

Support communications: messages you send us by email or through in-app or website contact forms.

If you purchase a Zelie Moms membership through Apple In-App Purchase, payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Apple may share limited subscription status information with us (for example, product identifier, original transaction identifier, and expiration or renewal status) so we can unlock or revoke membership access.

If you purchase membership on the web, payment may be processed by our web payment provider. We receive membership confirmation needed to unlock access for your account email.

To create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in.

To provide membership features and restore or verify subscriptions.

To operate community features you choose to use (such as the prayer wall).

To respond to support requests and send important service notices.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability of the app and website.

To comply with legal obligations and App Store / Play Store requirements.

Service providers that help us host and operate Zelie Moms (for example, our app platform and infrastructure providers).

Apple, when you use Apple Sign-In or Apple In-App Purchase, under Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

Other users, only for content you choose to make public in community features (for example, a prayer request you post).

Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and membership records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

You may request account deletion from the Profile section in the app or by emailing zeliecraftsshop@gmail.com.

Zelie Moms is intended for adults (Catholic mothers and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may update profile information in the app where available.

You may manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting zeliecraftsshop@gmail.com.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Zelie Moms after an update means you accept the revised policy.
