These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zelie Moms app and website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Zelie Moms provides spiritual content and community features for Catholic mothers, including readings, reflections, audio, and related membership features.

Some features require a paid membership.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

Membership may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase (for example, monthly or annual plans) and/or through our website.

For Apple subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after a free trial, if offered). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Prices are shown in the app at purchase and may vary by territory. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

Do not misuse the Service, harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access another user’s account without permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

If you post content (such as prayer requests), you grant Zelie Moms a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of operating the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post that content.

The Service, branding, and original content we provide are owned by Zelie Moms or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided for spiritual encouragement and community support. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice. Use the Service at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelie Moms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
